In 3 days 2-3-4/4/2021, Kim Tin organized a Team building program for more than 200 employees with the theme "Change for development and longevity" in Phan Thiet.

The team building program 3 days 2 nights in Phan Thiet is aimed at constant change and improvement, contributing to the growth of Kim Tin time by time, with the criteria focusing on outdoor team building activities, visit and learn about business activities at production / service facilities in order to change the thinking and working style of the staff – employees.

Teambuilding indicates team spirit

The journey of change for development and longevity is not a short journey but a long journey to awaken the inner human being of each staff - employees. The Organizing Committee (BTC) always integrates outdoor activities and exciting collective intellectual activities.

At the first destination, BTC gradually warmed up the atmosphere with an adaptive challenge at Ta Cu Mountain Resort. With only a small set of lego assemblies, the teams have concentrated all their energies to build a meaningful work. And to become the winning team in this challenge, the teams must meet the requirements of the BTC as the building must have the highest elevation compared to the remaining buildings and they must present the meaning of the work.

Then we moved to Phu Hai Resort to continue the challenge of finding 6 powerful keys. If they want to get the room, they must complete this challenge. Teams scanned the QR code to find 8 key hiding locations, then overcomed the stressful challenges of BTC one by one.

BTC has cleverly combined mental and physical challenges so that all team members can participate. In order to quickly find the 6 keys and achieve the highest score, the captain must be the person who understands the capacity of each team member to allocate personnel appropriately. Physically strong people will participate in challenges such as push-ups, hula hoop, skipping rope. Mentally strong people will participate in IQ challenges, who is smarter than 5th graders, tic-tac-toe.

With the goal of helping our staff - employees to quickly adapt to the constant changes in both work and life, the challenges set by BTC changed continuously and did not follow a certain layout. After receiving all 6 keys, the teams quickly returned to the room for keeping their luggages and continued to participate in the series of challenges at sea.

The two challenges of bringing water back to the source and passing rope seemed to be simple, but it caused the teams to use their brain thinking about how to complete the challenge as quickly as possible. It was not just that simple, the losing teams still had the opportunity to redeem their points by repeating the challenge with the shortest time specified by BTC. There were teams that have significantly increased their points, but there were also teams that had to trade both the number of points they have as well as additional points deducted for the betting part. However, the BTC realized the high determination and more than that, the spirit of overcoming themselves of the teams.

The teams ended a campaign day by having dinner, enjoying the show Legend of the fishing village and cold beer on the sea.

Analyze potential market

The second day began with sightseeing activities to explore Phi Long Company Sand Painting Workshop, wine castle, and Ocean cafe. And the next challenge that the BTC set for the teams was to learn about the 9 places they had visited including Mekong reststop, Cay Bang restaurant, Hong Vinh restaurant, Phi Long Company Sand Painting Workshop, wine castle, Legend of the fishing village, Phu Hai Resort, Ocean coffee, Ta Cu tourist area, then made a decision on a location to analyze its revenue, strengths and weaknesses as well as deciding whether to invest in that location or not.

Within 2 hours of discussion, the teams had full preliminary information of each location as well as a restructuring plan when deciding to invest. The time they had was short, but the teams have well prepared and successfully completed their presentations.

Gala dinner – Bringing each individual together

The team building program with the theme "Change for development and longevity" must have left each staff - employee with many different emotions. Teams had to constantly change tactics and improve their ways as requirements and results kept changing, and some even decided to change captains to bring the team closer to the goal. Teams had observed well and assessed the strengths and weaknesses of their opponents, assessed the feasibility of the project to take advantage of opportunities, and bring success to their own teams.

After moments of intense mental competition with BTC through challenges, the Gala Dinner was an opportunity to look back together at unforgettable memories during the past 2 days. The party night full of joy and laughter really brought a space for sharing and bonding between staff - employees. The attractive musical performances and funny stories on the stage brought to the Gala Dinner more exciting atmosphere than ever.

With the "colorful" activities for 3 days and 2 nights in Phan Thiet, the program has energized the staff - employees to unite, and be ready for the upcoming effective working days. The teamwork had been raised and each individual was constantly changing to improve themselves, contributing to spread the meaningful message "Change for development and longevity.”
